TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Aiklaris services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Aiklaris provides AI-powered lead conversion

automation including voice follow-up, SMS sequences,

and appointment booking systems.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

- All fees are due before service begins

- Minimum commitment: 3 months

- Payments are non-refundable after system setup

- Recurring monthly billing on the same date each month

- Services suspended after 7 days of non-payment

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Provide accurate business information

- Ensure your leads have consented to be contacted

- Comply with applicable laws including TCPA

- Not use our services for illegal purposes

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Aiklaris owns all AI systems, scripts, and technology

- You own your business data and lead information

- You may not resell or sublicense our systems

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Aiklaris provides the technology and system.

Actual results depend on your lead quality,

business offering, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee specific conversion numbers.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Aiklaris liability is limited to the amount

paid in the most recent month of service.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 30 days written

notice after the minimum commitment period.

You remain responsible for payment through

the end of any current billing period.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration

before litigation.
